Terms of Service

Ultra Gen is an AI-powered media toolkit for compressing, converting, transcribing, and generating media files. We operate it as a subscription SaaS with optional credit top-ups.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Ultra Gen is intended for adult creators and businesses.

You may not use Ultra Gen to:

• Process content that infringes someone else's copyright.
• Create, host, or distribute illegal content (including child sexual abuse material, credible threats, terrorism content, or non-consensual intimate imagery).
• Generate AI imagery that impersonates a real person without their consent.
• Run automated abuse (scraping, credential stuffing, spam).
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sub-license the platform without written permission.

Violations will result in immediate termination. Evidence of illegal activity will be reported to Thai authorities.

Files you upload and AI content you generate stay yours. We take a limited licence only to store, process, and return them on your behalf. We never train AI models on your files or prompts without a separate explicit opt-in.

Commercial use of generated content depends on your plan:

• Free tier (฿0) — personal use only. Attribution required ("Made with UltraGen") when sharing publicly.
• Starter (฿199), Pro (฿499), Business (฿1,990) — full commercial rights, no attribution required. You retain copyright; Ultra Gen claims no ownership of your output.

Current monthly tiers (THB, VAT-inclusive):

• Free — ฿0/month. Limited credits, personal use only, attribution required.
• Starter — ฿199/month. Includes a monthly credit allowance, full commercial rights, email support.
• Pro — ฿499/month. Larger credit allowance, priority queue, full commercial rights.
• Business — ฿1,990/month. Highest credit allowance, top queue priority, multi-user workspace, full commercial rights.

Tier-specific credit allowances and feature limits are shown at /dashboard/billing. Pricing may change with 30 days' email notice. Existing subscribers retain their original price for the remainder of any period already paid.

• Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period. Free-tier credits expire 90 daysafter issue. Paid-tier credits roll over and expire 365 days after issue.
• Top-up credits purchased separately also expire 365 days after purchase.
• Credits are consumed per generation according to the cost shown before you confirm the job. Once consumed, credits are non-refundable.
• If a generation fails due to a server-side error (not your invalid input), the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your balance within 24 hours.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew at the end of each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time at /dashboard/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access (and your credits) until then.
• We accept the payment methods supported by Stripe in your country (cards, PromptPay, etc.).
• Receipts are emailed automatically and available in your billing history.

• Consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Mid-period cancellation: by default, no refund of unused subscription days — your subscription simply ends at the current period's end. Stripe's default proration applies only if you upgrade or downgrade (Stripe credits the unused portion automatically).
• Server-side generation failures: credits are auto-refunded within 24 hours.
• First-14-day goodwill review: if you are within 14 days of your first paid subscription and dissatisfied, email [email protected] and we will review your case individually.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature. If we discontinue a feature on which you rely, we will give 30 days' notice and let you export your data. We do not offer an uptime SLA on the Free tier; paid tiers receive best-effort availability with incidents reported on our status channel.

Ultra Gen is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, fit for your purpose, or preserve every metadata field. Review outputs before publishing them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) THB 1,000.

You can delete your account any time (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your files are deleted within 30 days; billing records follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.

Material changes will be emailed to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Ultra Gen after that constitutes acceptance.
